Salary Range: CA$45,000.00 To CA$47,000.00 AnnuallyPosition &us; SiteEducation Program Supervisor (Full Time – 12 Month Contract) at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, reporting to the Manager of Education and Conservation.Job PurposeReporting to the Manager of Education and Conservation, the Education Program Supervisor will oversee the Education team’s day-to-day operations and provide support and direction on our educational programs at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. The role includes training educators, delivering education programs (classroom workshops, dive shows, sleepovers, experiences, etc.), encouraging positive attitudes toward aquatic life and the workplace, and assisting with camp staff supervision and camp program development. Duties may evolve over time and additional tasks may be assigned.Shift & AvailabilityDue to the nature of our business, the facility is open 365 days a year. The Education Program Supervisor will be regularly available to work any shift before, during, or after operating hours.Critical AccountabilitiesSupervise Education staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, monitoring productivity and providing constructive coaching.Oversee the delivery of education programs.Accurately and responsibly use Point of Sales terminals according to RAC policy.Coordinate experience programs such as Stingray Experience, Sleepovers, and other developed offerings.Coordinate the updating of digital signage.Contribute to new or updated teacher resources, teacher newsletters,
