Role Overview

Ships Flows, LWCs, and Apex on a bi-weekly cadence. Owns PRs, tests, and on-call responsibilities. AI copilots accelerate delivery, but the developer remains accountable for the work.

AI Delivery Expectation

Use AI copilots/agents daily to accelerate discovery, development, testing, and documentation. Optimize for cycle time and cost-to-outcome versus legacy delivery. Embed automation into quality gates. You remain accountable for production decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver stories from discovery-ready backlog to production with tests and release notes.
- Build API/MuleSoft-facing components with Integration Engineer — no “throw-over-the-wall” handoffs.
- Participate in peer review, fix defects, and join P1 on-call rotation.
- Use AI for scaffolding; validate security, hallucination, sharing,



governor limits yourself.
- Default to AI pair-programming for Flows/LWC/Apex scaffolding and unit tests — target ~1.3x+ effective throughput on eligible work.
- Add automated tests and security checks as part of the same PR; refuse untested AI-generated code to production.
- Contribute reusable prompts/patterns that raise quality for the whole engineering bench.

What You Bring

- 3–6+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Experience with Experience Cloud or Service Cloud preferred.
- Git-based delivery and an automated testing mindset.
- Daily AI pair-programming practice; able to explain how you keep AI-generated code production-protected.
