The Financial
Controller will direct all accounting functions and administrative tasks while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key duties involve delivering exact financial reports, overseeing budgeting, managing cash flow, and ensuring adherence to accounting regulations. You will also play a crucial role in strategic decision-making alongside senior management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations including payroll and reporting
- Manage budgeting and cash flow for the organization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Act as the main contact for auditors and financial groups
- Build relationships across the organization to enhance collaboration Requirements:
- CPA designation or similar credentials
- Minimum five years of financial management experience
- Leadership capabilities in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
