With at least two years of relevant supervisory experience, you will ensure seamless delivery execution while coaching and supporting drivers, helpers, and dispatch staff. Your strong organizational skills will manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan staffing and coordinate daily assignments
- Conduct daily stock checks and inventory balancing
- Oversee vehicle condition, maintenance, and inspections
