This winter seasonal role runs from October 1st to April 30th, focusing on maintaining highways while operating snowplow trucks and other heavy machinery.
Responsibilities will include performing repairs like pothole filling and assisting with cleaning tasks. Adaptability to various weather and shift patterns is required, including nights and on-call work. Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment, including snowplow trucks
Maintain highways during winter months effectively
Perform crack sealing and roadway repairs
Keep bridges and signage clean and explicit
Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions Requirements:
Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
Satisfactory completion of drug and alcohol tests
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous experience with heavy equipment is advantageous
