Reporting to the Food Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the dietary needs of patients, especially in times of staff shortages. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals for patients and cafeteria
Follow guidelines for food safety and infection control
Ensure trays match patient dietary needs accurately
Deliver food to patients when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen Requirements:
At least 5 years of cooking experience
Cooking certificate or “Red Seal” designation
Willingness to obtain a Food Protected Certificate
Familiarity with therapeutic diets and allergens
