impacts and define mitigation strategies for the program;* Ensure accountability and produce promotion statuses with decision-making bodies;* Authorize changes, control quality, and ensure governance;* Represent the organization and participate in negotiations with external suppliers. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** * Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management;* Experience in managing suppliers in flat rate mode;* Demonstrate experience within large organizations on long-term initiatives;* Have experience on strategic complexity programs of $50 million or more per year;* Operate in high-velocity environments with strong organizational interdependence;* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills;* Demonstrate strong listening, adaptability, autonomy and organizational skills;* PMP, ACP or Protected certifications (an asset);* This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
