Responsible for preparing and serving meals, you will also manage food services budgets, consult with leadership, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. This role integrates cooking with the treatment process, requiring collaboration with both the Full-Time Cook and the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cook and serve meals, lunches, and snacks
• Prepare and manage menus based on treatment needs
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of food services area




• Restock pantry and prepare monthly meal reports
• Communicate effectively with management on food service issues
Requirements:
• Certificate in Food Services Management or Journeyman Cook
• Relevant experience in institutional cooking
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Secure Food Handling Certificates
• Knowledge of food services budget management
• Commitment to confidentiality in treatment settings
