*60,000 to 70,000 depending on experience + Perks +BonusesRole and responsibilities :Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for all evening shift activities related to the preparation of raw materials, production, and shipping of our products, within established parameters and prescribed deadlines. He/she demonstrates leadership at all times and promotes, through his/her actions, health and safety in the workplace.Working conditionsMonday to Friday, 3:15pm to 11:45pmGeneral skills required:Experience in a “made-to-order” production environmentMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar positionSkilled communicator with good interpersonal skillsRecognized organizational, planning and follow-up skillsGood problem-solving skillsTraining in production management or equivalent an assetKnowledge of numerical control machines (CNC) an assetAt ease in a computerized environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
