- Oversee complex client Health & Perks relationships
- Deliver strategic guidance on plan design and funding
- Analyze financial and benchmarking data for solutions
- Negotiate competitive benefit plans with carriers
- Create and present client analyses and recommendations Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive health consulting experience (10+ years)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience with client negotiations
