Become a Finance Partner at MLSE, focusing on Retail Accounting for merchandise including Real Sports Apparel. Ensure precision in financial reporting within our consumer-driven business. This role involves supporting MLSE's retail operations through detailed financial management.

As an Accountant, you will engage in month-end processes, inventory reconciliation, and the analysis of cost drivers. Your collaboration with Retail, Procurement, and other finance teams will be vital in ensuring an effective understanding of financial implications across the business. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct month-end activities including journal entries
- Analyze trends in sales, costs, and inventory
- Ensure accuracy in revenue and cost of goods sold reporting
- Partner on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Support year-end audits and document preparations Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Enrollment or completion of CPA encouraged
- Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems
