We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew member to maintain and enhance the appearance and health of our outdoor landscapes. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to ensure that our grounds are safe, attractive, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Mow, trim, and edge lawns using hand tools and power equipment to maintain a neat appearance
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, mulching, and pruning
Use hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks
Assist with the installation of recent landscaping features including planting beds, shrubs, and trees
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials
Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or additional care
Perform general maintenance tasks related to landscape upkeep and equipment care
Experience
Prior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques is a plus
Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape best practices is advantageous
Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
Robust work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
