As the Manager – Acute Care/Emergency, you'll direct vital operations within a 31 bed unit and all aspects of the Emergency Department. You will manage staffing, budget adherence, and foster quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in Acute Care and Emergency
• Lead recruitment and performance management of staff

• Implement quality management strategies effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent experience
• At least three years of nursing experience recently
• Minimum one year in a leadership role in healthcare
• Active registration with CRNA or similar body
• Current BCLS certification required
