We are seeking a dependable and hardworking outdoor maintenance and general labourer to join our team. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks throughout the year, including winter snow removal, lawn maintenance care and fence construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Perform snow removal services (shoveling, salting, clearing walkways, operating equipment)
Provide lawn maintenance and groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, edging, power sweeping and general property upkeep)
Assist with fence building and repair
Complete general labour tasks as assigned
Maintain a clean and protected work environment

Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting, bending and performing manual labour
Strong work ethic and reliability
Punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team




Previous experience in landscaping, construction or similar field is an asset

Perferred Qualifications:
Experience operating basic landscaping or construction tools
Valid drivers license (if applicable)
