NJWellness is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will assist with production, material handling, packaging, and general manufacturing duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
Perform general manufacturing and production duties
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products
Assist with assembly, packaging, labelling, sorting, and production tasks
Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as instructed
Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects or quality concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to the supervisor
Perform repetitive tasks and other general manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications




Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset
Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as required
Comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on different production duties as required
