Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Flooring Installer or Carpenter to join our team as a full time, in-house installer.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is interested in a stable, long-term position.

What we offer:
Starting compensation around $95,000 per year
Wage is negotiable based on experience and ability
Company van provided
Tools provided
Steady, full-time work
Generally 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work when required
Training provided on additional flooring products and installation methods

Responsibilities
Experienced flooring installers, OR
Carpenters with vinyl plank flooring installation experience
Experience with all flooring types is not required — we are willing to train the right person




Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Dependable and able to work independently
Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Willing to travel for occasional small out-of-town jobs
Qualified and comfortable working in customers' homes and commercial spaces
