Fiera Capital is hiring a Compliance Counselor to manage regulatory compliance for its Canadian client base. This hybrid position requires skills in regulatory oversight and a solid focus on client documentation processes. As part of the Global Regulatory Compliance team, you will oversee AML/ATF compliance, KYC processes, and the monitoring of client interactions.

This role involves enhancing compliance controls and executing various surveillance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage controls related to regulatory compliance
Conduct KYC reviews and identify deficiencies
Execute client due diligence processes
Review marketing materials for compliance alignment
Collaborate on compliance training for employees Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
At least five years of experience in compliance roles
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices
Proficient in both French and English
