As a full-time Fleet Services Specialist, you will oversee the daily and long-term performance of brokers and their trucks.

Your work will ensure adherence to company policies and the resolution of operational issues that impact profitability. Strong communication will be leveraged to support driver and broker engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage broker and driver compliance with operational standards
- Resolve late delivery issues and operational disputes
- Track revenue performance across fleet operations
- Facilitate orientation sessions for current personnel
