Role Description The Food Server role is a full-time, on-site position based in Barrie, ON. In this role, the Food Server greets guests, presents menus, answers questions about dishes, and takes food and beverage orders accurately.

The Food

Server delivers orders in a timely manner, ensures table settings are clean and organized, and checks in with guests to support an excellent dining experience. Daily responsibilities include handling payments, coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area,



and following food safety and brand standards.

Server also supports opening and closing duties and works collaboratively with the team to uphold KINTON RAMEN’s service and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Transparent and respectful Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic Cooking or food-handling familiarity is an asset, especially in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays or dishes safely, and work in a busy, dynamic setting.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
