The IT Technician is responsible for delivering technical assistance across various IT platforms, solving hardware/software issues, and managing user access.

You will ensure that all organizational technology functions efficiently while collaborating closely with employees and external vendors. Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle technical support requests from staff
- Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment
- Maintain records of IT services and solutions
- Assist with cybersecurity measures and data protection
- Facilitate new employee technology onboarding Requirements:
- Experience in an IT support role preferred
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and security practices
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
