You will report to the QESH Manager and be the in office expert for all EHS matters. Engage actively with employees, promote a safety-first mentality, and ensure all practices align with industry regulations. Your role will involve continuous monitoring, enhancement of EHS metrics, and fostering strong relationships across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute EHS strategies aligned with business goals • Lead compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives • Maintain ISO management systems for EHS • Facilitate safety meetings and emergency preparedness drills • Conduct thorough workplace inspections and audits

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • 10-15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing • Proven EHS management experience of at least 8 years • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Familiarity with EHS management systems
