You are the onsite project lead who will optimize and coordinate equipment and staffing logistics. Youu2019ll deploy and oversee the work of Service Technicians and all onsite employees, and acts as the primary customer contact for the duration of the project.**What you''ll do:**Manage project logistics team day-to-day activities, including scheduling, equipment setup/deployment, and breakdownProvide leadership and supervision needed to consistently deliver World-Class service to external customers at the project siteMotivate, coach and train Service Technicians and other onsite employees to exceed customer commitments and expectations as well as to comply with site policies, procedures and customer requirementsStaff each project adequately based on skills and workload; Schedule all project employees and maintain accurate and up-to-date time & attendance recordsResponsible for performance management of project employeesPromote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance,
