You will operate pneumatic nail guns, inspect finished pallets, and collaborate effectively with teammates to meet production demands. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are crucial in this rapid-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and repair pallets with pneumatic tools
Conduct quality inspections of finished products
Maintain an organized and safe workspace
Achieve daily production objectives
Work collaboratively within the team Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in pallet building or similar
Comfort with hand tools and power tools
Capacity to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
