Oversee teams and ensure engineering excellence in manufacturing processes. Your leadership will be crucial as you manage the engineering team through various product cycles.

You’ll track project performance, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With your extensive knowledge in CAD and mechanical drawing standards, you will optimize production while developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful program resourcing and capacity monitoring
Guide engineering team in problem-solving initiatives




Maintain risk assessments and lessons learned documents
Implement lean principles to enhance plant productivity
Modify plant layout according to requirements Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles
Expertise in CAD software (Pro-Engineer, Solidworks)
Familiarity with process improvement tools and GD&T;
