Coach and motivate Event Coordinators in operational tasks
Develop and execute effective event strategies
Conduct research and analysis for event benchmarking
Ensure compliance with risk management strategies
Promote teamwork and staff development initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
5+ years of progressively responsible experience
3+ years in a supervisory role in events
Proficient in strategic planning and change management
Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license required Drive the City of Vaughan’s event success as a key Recreational leader.
