Interpret tender drawings and specifications accurately
Direct quantity take-offs from project documents
Lead tender preparation and submission processes
Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle
Guide and mentor junior estimating staff Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years in construction estimating
Proficiency in commercial estimating platforms
Ability to build relationships with clients
