As a Service Maintenance & Support Technician, you will oversee the functionality of AMS service tools and provide necessary repairs.
This role requires interaction with service managers and field supervisors and adherence to safety protocols. Successful candidates will have a solid mechanical background and the ability to execute preventative maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with certification and maintenance of service equipment
Provide quality service to internal AMS customers
Clean and calibrate machines for optimal performance
Maintain organized records of all maintenance activities
Execute field service tasks and support project work Requirements:
High School diploma and two years of service experience
Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing machinery
Knowledge of safety certifications like CraneSafe
Proficient in MS Office applications
