Utilize your nursing expertise as a Full-Time Registered Nurse with Hamilton Assertive Community Treatment Team 2. Engage in enriching treatment and crisis intervention services for individuals with persistent mental illness. In this full-time role, you'll play an essential part in a dynamic multidisciplinary team overseeing treatment within clients’ preferred environments.

A BScN and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing certification are preferred, alongside a strong commitment to client-focused care and mental health reform. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support and treatment for mental health clients
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Manage crisis interventions effectively
- Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation programs
- Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with clients Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum of 4-5 years in mental health settings
- Proficient in substance abuse and addiction counseling
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
