Your role will also involve facilitating public consultations and providing detailed responses to planning inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

- Process Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments
- Conduct site visits and evaluations for compliance
- Author staff reports for planning applications
- Engage in public consultation events
- Maintain planning documents and respond to inquiries Requirements:
- Degree in Urban Planning or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a municipal context
- RPP certification in progress desired
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario's Planning Act
