Introduction

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Territory Manager, French and English, to manage and grow a sales territory across the greater Montreal region.

Base Salary: $80-85,000 per year

This field-based B2B sales role offers stability, autonomy, strong internal support, and room to grow. On-target total compensation is approximately $120,000 to $130,000, plus a company vehicle.

French is required to serve the Quebec territory. English is also required for regular communication with customers, distribution partners, and colleagues located outside Quebec.

What You’ll Do

You will manage customer relationships across your territory while developing new business and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the Montreal territory.
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build long-term customer and distributor relationships.
- Provide consultative recommendations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity.
- Develop and execute territory plans.
- Travel regularly throughout the territory, including some overnight travel.

Qualifications

- Professional proficiency in French and English.



English is required for regular business communications with customers, partners, and colleagues located outside Quebec.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong business development, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or OEM experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
- On-target total compensation of approximately $120,000 to $130,000.
- Base salary plus performance-based commissions.
