We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in dental assisting procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Duties
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for procedures.
Assist dentists during various dental treatments, including examinations, restorations, and surgical procedures.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
Manage patient records accurately ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients to promote proper care and recovery.
Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with patients as a dental receptionist to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain a clean, organized clinical workplace adhering to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards.

Skills




Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with knowledge of dental terminology related to dentistry.
Experience working with dental practice management software.
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatric populations.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures within a clinical setting.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Dental assisting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Dental Assistant level II (required)
