Experienced Dental Receptionist Opportunity – Kamloops, BC

Our established dental office in Kamloops is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join the team.

We are looking for someone who is confident in dental administration, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of the front desk. The right candidate will have the experience to step into the role with confidence and help support the continued growth of the practice.

SCHEDULE
32–40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday
No evenings or weekends!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage front desk operations in a busy practice environment
Coordinate and optimize provider schedules
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Handle patient communications professionally and confidently




Process insurance claims, payments, and treatment estimates
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support daily clinic production goals and overall workflow
Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous dental reception or dental administration experience is preferred
Medical administration experience will also be considered an asset
Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a results-driven practice setting
