Your role includes providing ongoing training, troubleshooting, and establishing effective WMS processes. Collaborating with various teams will be essential in ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to warehouse protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Support operational teams with WMS deployment strategies
Solve integration issues with existing systems like JDE
Train staff on receiving, inventory management, and shipping
Actively be in office for process implementation and training
Handle after-hours support case rotations Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years' experience
Familiarity with WMS processes and compliance standards
