Duties
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles tailored to each child's needs
Collect, analyze, and document data on behavior patterns to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors and skill development
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in therapy approaches
Administer medication or medical treatments as prescribed, following all safety protocols
Support children with daily activities, including social skills training, communication exercises, and routine care
Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings preferred
Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral intervention techniques
Ability to administer medication safely when required, following proper procedures
Strong understanding of patient care principles and medical terminology relevant to pediatric therapy
Excellent data collection skills to accurately track behavioral progress over time
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for engaging children and collaborating with families
Certification or training in ABA therapy is a plus; willingness to pursue relevant certifications is encouraged

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
