Supervise by-law enforcement initiatives as a critical leader in Ontario's municipal landscape. This position combines operational oversight with a commitment to regulatory excellence. In this role, reporting directly to the District Manager, the Supervisor will lead a team of Municipal Licensing and Standards Officers.

The focus is on effective program delivery across various regulations, contributing to a secure and compliant community. Ideal candidates will possess substantial leadership and regulatory enforcement experience. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day enforcement of municipal regulations
Train and develop Officers for high performance
Manage compliance with health and safety standards
Prepare and present reports for municipal meetings
Facilitate dispute resolutions and stakeholder communications Requirements:
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in supervising in a regulatory setting
Knowledge of municipal legislation and policies
Valid Class “G” Driver’s License in Ontario
