As a Customer Experience Host, you will greet members with warmth and assist them with inquiries related to their memberships. Your responsibilities include ensuring the fitness facility meets cleanliness standards and responding to member needs. By promoting a friendly environment, you help foster a vibrant community at Fit4Less.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the fitness area
• Welcome members and visitors with friendly greetings
• Assist with information on memberships and amenities
• Identify and report any issues needing attention
• Complete routine training and cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• At least 1 year of experience in teamwork or community service
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Certifications in WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED
• Ability to stay composed under pressure
