Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, energetic manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and sales processing
Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
Handle cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing refunds or exchanges




Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with transparent communication skills and professionalism
Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including managing inventory levels and performing basic math for stock counts

Experience
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and customer service standards is advantageous
Technical sales experience or experience in product demos can enhance your effectiveness in upselling efforts
