Prepare and administer medications as per guidelines
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Foster resident self-sufficiency through health education
Create individualized care plans with assessments
Support unregulated staff with training and direction Requirements:
Current registration as an RPN in Ontario
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate required
At least one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
Medication Administration Certificate needed
