You will engage with seniors under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager, ensuring their choices are respected and needs met in a nurturing setting. This role emphasizes collaboration and includes various care responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Support residents in daily living activities
Document and report on residents’ health changes
Ensure comfort and safety through personalized care
Collaborate with care teams for optimal resident care
Manage cleanliness of residents' living spaces Requirements:
Completion of approved Health Care Aide program
Certification in First Aid and CPR
Effective communication skills in English
Experience with seniors preferred
