Aspire Software is seeking a Finance Manager in Toronto to manage financial reporting and compliance for its robust portfolio. Drive strategic initiatives and optimize performance across subsidiaries. In this key role, the Finance Manager will oversee the accuracy of financial reporting and support budgeting and forecasting for Aspire Software's companies.

You will work directly with the Director of Finance to ensure compliance and lead contingent financial projects. Your leadership will help develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring financial health across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Build forecasts and track KPIs for portfolio companies
Monitor financial health to ensure positive cash flow




Prepare end-of-month financial reports and compliance documentation
Manage all accounting tasks related to acquisitions
Develop strategies to enhance return on investment Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years in finance roles, including management
Solid proficiency in MS Excel and financial analytics
Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is an asset
