Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and math calculations
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to keep the shop running smoothly




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is advantageous
