Act as a senior resource for guest service team members
Help monitor workloads and coordinate daily activities
Mentor current employees for effective service delivery
Address guest escalations and assist in complex situations
Promote consistency and efficiency in departmental processes Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education required
3 years minimum in a hospitality or guest-focused position
Proven experience in training or mentoring peers
Knowledge of CRM or reservations systems
