Become an integral part of a finance transformation initiative as an FP&A; Analyst in the Shared Service Centre. Focus on cost analysis and management decision support. This position is pivotal in xNorth’s project aimed at optimizing finance operations for a prominent client.

The FP&A; Analyst will leverage exceptional analytical abilities in cost transparency, variance reporting, and management reporting preparation. Emphasis will be placed on improving financial governance and assisting management with accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities:
Execute month-to-month cost analysis and variance reporting
Prepare financial decks for management use
Ensure expense allocations accuracy during reviews
Work with business partners to improve cost visibility
Contribute to process efficiency initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
3 to 5 years of FP&A; or cost-related experience
Robust proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Familiarity with tools like SAP or Power BI
Excellent analytical and presentation abilities Engage as an FP&A; Analyst to enhance financial insights and support business decisions through robust analytical work.
