In this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Customs Compliance & Operations, initially emphasizing U.S. customs before transitioning to Canadian customs oversight.

Candidates should possess robust problem-solving skills and knowledge of customs documentation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations and managing customs records. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot day-to-day customs operations
Maintain customs records and documentation
Manage broker invoices and customs payments
Analyze broker KPI reporting
Identify and implement process improvements Requirements:
3+ years of relevant customs experience
CCS certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid written and verbal communication skills
