In this in office role, you will ensure gym operations run smoothly while fostering a welcoming environment. Your experience and skills will contribute to achieving excellence in customer service and client safety. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure gym facilities are safe and properly maintained
Provide outstanding service to all gym users
Assist in keeping the gym space organized and clean
Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
Implement safety protocols for facility usage Requirements:
High school diploma and some related experience
Certifications in CPR and Basic First Aid required
Experience with cash handling practices
Robust client-focused communication skills
