In this in office role, you will play a crucial part in the accurate distribution of medications, particularly in geriatrics and palliative care. This position allows you to grow your skills while working on a team dedicated to improving clinical outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing prescriptions for patient needs
Confirm the completeness and authenticity of prescriptions
Maintain accuracy in eMAR and Kroll data entry
Conduct comprehensive checks prior to medication release
Ensure an ethical, clean working environment Requirements:
Valid registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy
Knowledge of pharmacy systems like KROLL desirable
Preferably experienced in community or long-term care
Solid verbal and written skills essential
