Own end to end growth strategy for our flagship distribution led growth clients, from audit through quarterly planning to in market execution.

About the role

You'll be the operator behind 3 to 5 of our most strategically important client engagements. You're not running campaigns, you're designing growth systems, choosing the right channel mix, sequencing the work, and making the hard calls about what to kill and what to double down on. This is a senior individual contributor role with a explicit path to leading a pod within 12 months.

What you will do

- Lead growth strategy for 3 to 5 distribution led growth clients in DTC, SaaS, and consumer verticals
- Run quarterly planning, including channel sequencing, budget allocation, and forecast modelling
- Brief the specialist team (paid, SEO, AI lead gen, content) and review their work for strategic fit
- Own client retention, be the senior face of the relationship and the trusted voice in the room
- Surface and write up the lessons from each engagement to compound across the firm

What you will bring





- 5+ years in growth marketing, agency strategy, or in house growth leadership
- Deep familiarity with paid media economics, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and at least one technical channel (AI lead gen, programmatic SEO, etc.)
- You can read a P&L; and translate growth strategy into unit economics, not just engagement metrics
- Excellent written communication, strategy docs, client decks, async comms with operators
- A track record of making (and defending) hard channel trade off decisions

- You've worked on the brand side as well as the agency side
- You've scaled a personal audience or owned media asset of your own
- You've built and broken your own growth experiments and have the war stories to prove it
