Resound School of Music is looking for guitar teachers for in-home music lessons inWest Vancouver. We are seeking passionate instructors with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages and backgrounds!Guitar teachers are responsible for commuting to students' homes to teach private guitar lessons, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in length. Lessons will cover a wide range of topics, including rhythm and melody playing, strumming and picking techniques, improvisation, and more.

Teachers are expected to prepare lesson plans for each student based on their unique goals and interests to keep them engaged and motivated to play the guitar.

- A high level of proficiency on the guitar - acoustic and electric
- Versatile in a variety of different styles, including pop, folk, rock, blues, jazz, etc.
- Ability to teach other stringed instruments an asset - bass, ukulele, mandolin, etc.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to their lessons
- No criminal background. All teachers will be subject to an RCMP criminal background check prior to being hired
