About the Role

Our client is searching for an exceptional and visionary Head of Operations to lead their entire operational strategy and execution across all facets of the business, based in Kimberley . This is a C-suite level position responsible for driving operational excellence, innovation, and efficiency on a national scale. You will set the direction for all operational departments, manage significant budgets, and ensure the seamless delivery of products or services. This role is critical to the company's sustained growth and competitive advantage in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and execute the overall operational strategy, vision, and objectives for the company.
- Oversee all operational departments, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
- Manage and optimize multi-million rand operational budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Lead major initiatives for operational improvement, technological integration, and scalability.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing senior operations leadership team.

Requirements

- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of extensive experience in progressive operations management , with a significant portion in executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of transforming operations and delivering significant business results.
- Exceptional strategic thinking , P&L; management, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing large, complex operational infrastructures and global supply chains.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge operational technologies.
