NOC Job Code/Title: 44101 - Family Caregiver

Terms of employment: This is a full time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Versatile / split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start date is November 1, 2026.

Language required: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $21 per hour.

Location: AmSh… live in the city of Hampstead, in Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (bus #161). The major intersection is Fleet + Minden.

Duties may include:
Help with the care of two children ages 6 years old and 8 years old.
Supervision of children when parents are not at home.
Bathe, dress and feed children.
Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts,



reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents.
Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development.
Plan, prepare and serve meals for children; kitchen clean-up is also required.
General housework that will include doing laundry.
Dusting rooms to ensure a clean workplace.

Qualifications:
Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training.
Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
